Amos E. Rudolph, Architect/Owner  

Amos has worked in the architectural and construction field since graduating with an Architectural Degree in 1996, specializing in design, construction documentation, document coordination and project management.  With multiple years in the construction field, Amos has completed a multitude of design-build projects, acting as the designer and Construction Project Manager, giving him a true working knowledge of the building process from conception to completion.  Amos earned his Professional Bachelors of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech in 1996.  He is a registered architect in the state of Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Kevin J. Mong, Owner  

Kevin began working as a residential carpet installer in 1983. After several years, Kevin moved to Cleveland and began installing carpet in commercial applications. In 1995, he took a job with Heckman Construction working on hotel renovations. After 6 years with Heckman, Kevin decided to start his own company and established CCS Renovations. Having focused primarily on the hotel and motel segment of the industry, he decided to expand into other areas and in 2013 partnered with Amos Rudolph, adding architectural and commercial/ industrial services to the company’s offerings. Kevin received his certification in Building Trades from Clarion County Vocational Technology School. He is also a certified Milliken and Durkan installer.

R. Scott Pell, Estimator/Project Manager  

Scott joined CCS Renovations after 14 years of successful ownership of a residential construction company.  His prior employment includes site supervision, estimating, document control and inspection for various commercial contractors and construction management firms.  Scott’s Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Penn State has given him a rare familiarity with both the design and construction process.  He often works as liaison between the architectural office and the contractors as his skills and experience allow him to communicate effectively with all persons involved in a building project.

Nick Mong, Estimator/Project Manager  

Nick has been with CCS for 10 years and has experience as a project manager in the office as well as the field.  He has been an integral part of the completion of multiple large hotel renovations throughout the country.

Todd D. Sell, cad draftsman  

Todd has held several positions within the building industry.  His degree in Architectural Technology from the Pennsylvania College of Technology prepared him for work as a draftsman, quality control inspector and manager.  His management skills were recognized and rewarded by his employers.  These abilities led Todd to pursue managerial employment opportunities.  While working as the service manager at a automotive dealership, Todd oversaw the construction of the facilities major building addition.  After finding success as a supervisor, Todd decided to return to design work and joined Amos E. Rudolph, Architects in 2015.

Craig Curran, CAD Draftsman  

Craig R. Curran has been working as a CAD Specialist since 1990 primarily in the Architectural field and has also completed projects in the Civil Engineering field for a local Engineering firm for the construction of water and sewer projects for local municipalities.   Craig works closely with the staff Architects and Engineers for the conveyance of information required to complete working drawings and construction documents utilizing the latest in CAD Technology for the varying projects that the firm undertakes.  In addition to CAD duties, Craig also assists in the maintenance of office technology including the Local Area Network, as well as its’ computers and plotters. Representative works include the CAD representation of many projects including Industrial, Educational, Commercial and Residential. He has an Associate of Science in Drafting Technology degree from California University of Pennsylvania. His professional certifications include Struxures OSHA Safety & Health Course and Cicso Certified Network Associate (2002).

Dennis Raisley, Superintendent  

Dennis has worked along Kevin since they began laying carpet in 1983. Dennis came with Kevin when he started CCS Renovations in 2001 and has worked as an installer and project superintendent.

glenn mcwilliams, Superintendent  

Glenn began his career as a carpenter and has worked his way to project supervisor.  He has considerable experience with commercial, institutional, religious and residential projects.  This varied experience gives him the ability to understand and work with subcontractors, building officials, design professionals and owners. Glenn has completed various supervision, OSHA safety and First Aid courses.  He has also completed several carpentry programs.

Steve gratowski, Superintendent  

In the 25 years Steve has worked in construction he has advanced from carpenter to superintendent. His work as a carpenter enables him to easily relate to those he is supervising. His work on many different types of construction projects gives him a valuable breadth of knowledge that the company has come to rely on. Steve is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology. He has furthered this education with multiple supervisory, safety and first aid courses.

Steve graham, Superintendent  

Steve first began woking with Kevin at Heckman construction. When Kevin decided to begin CCS, he invited Steve to join him. Steve has worked for CCS for 15 years, working as an installer, foreman, and superintendent.

Anthony faraone, foreman  

Anthony had previously worked with Amos, Denny, Glenn and Steve Gratkowski. He joined CCS in the summer of 2015 as a laborer, mainly focusing on the commercial/ industrial projects. In subsequent years, Anthony has honed his building skills and currently splits his time between carpenter and foreman.

barry temchulla, laborer  

Barry began working as a laborer with CCS in 2018. He was previously employed by Temchulla Electric.

caleb mccarthy, laborer  

Caleb began his career in construction in the Fall of 2019 under the instruction of Anthony Faraone. His experience is mainly drywall, drop ceiling, and painting.

Karen hutchinson, office manager  

Karen came to CCS in 2007 as the secretary and also assumed the responsibility of site coordination, visiting the jobsites to organize manpower and materials. She is now the office manager. Karen received her nursing certification from the Venango Vocational Technology Center.

Kelly mong, secretary/executive assistant  

Kelly serves as secretary assistant to Kevin. She has been with CCS since its inception. Kelly has a degree in Criminal Justice from Edinboro University.

tracey harris, secretary/accounting  

Tracey is assuming the role of secretary and accountant. She manages accounts payable and payroll processing. She attended Jamestown Business College.

kelly daugherty, intern architect 

Kelly graduated with her Masters of Architecture degree from Kent State University’s College of Architecture and Environmental Design in 2021. Having worked under Amos throughout college, she joined full time as an Intern Architect upon graduation.
