The Fairfield in Wallingford, CT is a 116 room hotel. Each guestroom received all new finishes and FF&E. The lobby received an extensive remodel which included the addition of a breakfast area and sundry shop. This remodel required the shoring of load bearing walls during the installation of structural steel. The exterior of the hotel also received new finishes.
