Jeff Tech - Farm to Refrigerator training facility
Project Description: New Construction of a Meat Processing and Training Facility for high school students interested in the meat processing industry. The design included walk-in cooler & freezer, meat processing equipment, classroom, toilet facilities, office, storage, and receiving area. The site work included stormwater systems, ADA asphalt parking, site utilities, and concrete sidewalks.

Unique Challenges: This project was feasible through the USDA and this project had to comply with their regulatory requirements. There were also many pieces of specialty kitchen equipment incorporated in the design.
