This project consisted of interior renovations to the existing factory. The design included a new waiting area and office spaces, along with the renovation of an existing conference area. The existing noncompliant toilet rooms were removed and new toilet rooms were installed with ADA toilets, lockers and additional fixtures. Exterior renovations provide ADA accessible parking and route to the building along with façade upgrades. A sprinkler system was also installed.
